Training is optional and separate. Molecules Academy courses can help you earn more, and we look for sponsors, employers and skills-development funding to pay for them, but you never need a course to be listed, matched or placed.
Privacy and checks
Employers see a code name only. Contact details are shared only after the worker agrees to an interview.
Identity, right to work and references are checked by Molecules. Criminal record checks are done only with the worker’s separate written consent, through an accredited screening provider (POPIA).
