Training is optional and separate. Molecules Academy courses can help you earn more, and we look for sponsors, employers and skills-development funding to pay for them, but you never need a course to be listed, matched or placed.

7. Your permission (POPIA)

Molecules (a trading brand of Health Brands SA (Pty) Ltd) keeps your information in South Africa to help you find work. Employers see your code name, skills, experience, areas, availability and badges, never your name, phone number, email, address or ID number, until you agree to an interview. A criminal record check is done only if you give separate written consent, through an accredited screening provider. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time (WhatsApp or info@molecules.co.za).
