Approved businesses buy on 7- or 30-day terms with contract prices and one monthly statement. Every application is assessed by a person on our credit team.

Who can apply

Registered companies with annual turnover above R1 million. You will need the company registration number, VAT number (if registered), two trade references and, for larger limits, a bank letter or latest financials.

How long it takes

We aim to respond within two working days. Larger limits may need more documents.

Awarded a contract?

Order finance for tender awards is handled by the Tender Partner desk.

Important

In-house credit accounts are currently available only to companies with an annual turnover above R1 million, until our registration as a credit provider with the National Credit Regulator is complete. You can still order on EFT against a pro-forma invoice.

Submitting this form is an application, not an approval. No credit decision is made online and no credit is granted until you receive a signed account letter. Until then, orders are paid by EFT against a pro-forma invoice. Online card payments are not active on this site.
