Individual badges

Free to work-seekers: badges for listing and placement never cost the worker anything (Employment Services Act s15). Training for a skills badge is optional and can be sponsored.

Molecules Verified

Level 1 · renew: Every 12 months (references and documents re-confirmed); criminal check every 24 months if consented

Identity document checked against the person (in person or live video)
Two work references contacted and recorded
Right to work in South Africa confirmed (ID, permit or asylum document)
Optional with written consent: criminal record check through an accredited screening provider (shown as a separate tick)
Profile and photo approved

Level 1 · renew: Every 24 months or when a new product range is introduced

Passed MS-201 Chemical Safety & Dilution (theory 80%+ and practical dilution demonstration)

How a badge stays trustworthy

Unique number + QR

Every badge, certificate, ID card, uniform patch and window decal carries its own number and a QR code that opens our verification page, on our own server.

Expiry and renewal

Badges expire. Renewal re-checks documents, references, training and ratings. Expired badges show as expired.

Suspension and appeal

Upheld complaints or failed audits suspend a badge immediately. The holder can appeal within 14 days.

Mystery audits

Certified Clean partners get at least one unannounced audit a year on the 100-point checklist.

Privacy by design

The public page shows the badge, status and dates: never ID numbers, phone numbers or addresses.

Words we use carefully

"Verified" means documents and references were checked. "Certified" is used only where a written audit standard was passed.

Badge packs for partners

Certified partners receive a certificate, staff ID cards with QR, uniform patches, a window decal and digital badges for WhatsApp, email signatures and websites. Tier 2 and Tier 3 partners: first audit and starter badge pack included.
