Email info@healthbrands.co.za within 7 days of delivery, quoting your order number. Return the goods unused, in their original packaging. We refund the full purchase price within 30 days of receiving the goods (ECTA section 44). The direct cost of returning the goods is yours.
Within six months of delivery, defective goods may be returned for repair, replacement or a refund, at your choice (CPA section 56). We arrange and pay for the return courier.
Please check your parcel on delivery and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged, missing or wrong. We will replace or refund at our cost.
These cannot be returned for change of mind because they are made to your specification. If we made an error against your approved proof, we will reprint or refund.
Card and instant-EFT payments are refunded through Paystack to the original payment method. Manual EFT payments are refunded by EFT to the account they came from. Refunds are processed within 30 days.
