Booking terms
1. Who you contract with
Molecules is a trading brand of Health Brands SA (Pty) Ltd, Reg. 2017/056995/07, VAT 4720291865. Services are delivered by Molecules-vetted partner businesses or our own team; your booking, price and payment are with Molecules.
2. Price
The price shown when you book includes VAT, Molecules products, the plan discount and any add-ons, date and urgency rates. It is calculated by our pricing engine and does not change after you book, unless you change the booking.
3. Payment
You pay by EFT using your booking reference (or online once online payment is live), or after the first visit if you choose that option: we email an invoice payable within 3 days. Recurring plans are invoiced monthly in advance after the first visit.
4. Changes and cancellations
Move, skip or cancel free up to 24 hours before your slot from your confirmation link or account. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged at 50% of the visit because our cleaner's day is already committed. If we cannot attend, you pay nothing for that visit.
5. 24-hour re-clean promise
If something in the agreed scope was missed, tell us within 24 hours (WhatsApp +27 82 868 7762 or reply to your confirmation) and we return to fix it at no charge.
6. Access and safety
Please give access at the slot time and secure pets and valuables. Our cleaners work to the Molecules safety rules: they do not climb above 2 m, move heavy furniture alone or handle hazardous waste.
7. Referrals
Referral credit (R100 for you and R100 off your friend's first invoice) is applied to invoices, has no cash value and is earned when the referred client's first visit is paid.
8. Privacy
We use your details to deliver and manage your bookings, as set out in our privacy notice (POPIA). Partners see only what they need to do the job.
9. Status
