For: Domestic workers, home cleaners, new cleaners, partners' staff

You will be able to

Plan and clean a home room by room: top to bottom, dry to wet, clean to dirty
Use colour-coded cloths and the right Molecules product for each surface
Care for floors, furniture, glass and fittings without damage
Work to the Household Executive checklist and report to the homeowner

At least 60% of every day is hands-on practice on real surfaces, garments and equipment.

Assessment

Every course has an observed practical assessment (you must show you can do it) and a short theory check (80% to pass). Results are recorded by a Molecules facilitator; you can re-take a failed section once at no charge.

Accreditation

Molecules Academy courses are short, practical, non-accredited courses with a Molecules certificate of competence/attendance. Where a course is aligned to a QCTO occupational skills programme or unit standard it is delivered with, or credit-mapped by, an accredited skills development provider partner; Molecules does not issue SETA/QCTO credits itself until accreditation is granted.
